Carrie Eckert is a cacao ceremonialist and somatic practitioner in Sarasota, FL. She is trained in and facilitates several of the embodiment modalities that helped her heal from over a dozen “mystery illnesses,” including breathwork, TRE (tension & trauma release exercise), Spinal Attunement and Neo Emotional Release. We all have the power to heal within us. Her definition of the word “healer” is one who empowers another to carry their own magic wand.
