Taylor is a passionate advocate for your health and happiness.

Taylor grew up on the Gulf Coast of Florida and though always an outdoors-woman, she hadn't appreciated the delicate wisdom of nature until college, where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree, specializing in Biomedical Studies, Environmental Science, and Entrepreneurship. It was in college at the University of Central Florida that she discovered Naturopathic Medicine, and immediately resonated with the principles of this potent, and yet gentle medicine. From that day, she aspired to be a physician who would facilitate the healing journey through empowering her patients.

It was during college that Taylor discovered another interest, Outdoor Education. While working with the Outdoor Adventure program throughout college, she lead outdoor trips all over the Southeastern United States, facilitating activities and team building. Her passion for witnessing participants experience growth in confidence, in skill-set, and group dynamics, revealed her calling for facilitation and being immersed in nature.

Taylor received her doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from NUNM in Portland, OR, where she also studied the science of Chinese Medicine and received a Naturopathic Midwifery certificate. She enjoyed assisting a local Naturopathic Midwife and CNM with home births and finds great joy in working with families during pregnancy, labor and delivery, and during the post-partum period. Her passion for women’s health lead her to receive her Holistic Pelvic Floor certification through Tami Kent and inspires her to focus many of her workshops and retreats on female empowerment and wellness.

Earning her NESH Homeopathy certificate, allowed for a deeper understanding of this curious and potent modality. She finds Homeopathy to be a remarkable addition to her treatment plans.

Blending the proficiencies of herbalism, nutrition, nature cure, outdoor education, and facilitation, Taylor hosts retreats and workshops to move through difficult times, clear stagnant health patterns, and renew vitality.
